Pick Me Up Movie Night

FEEL GOOD MOVIES FOR THE EVERY GIRL! (PART 1)

1. CINDERELLA (2015 film)

We all know the beloved story and yes, we all know the dress. How can you not feel good good after true love conquers all? Not to mention Lily James’ contagious smile haha.

2. BRIDGET JONES DIARY

Bridget is always good for making you feel better about yourself. All you have to do is look at her and relise you really haven't got it that bad. She's the 'cringe fest' everyone needs for a good laugh and a little hope.

3. THE AGE OF ADLINE

Truly timeless, whimsically magical and packed to the rafters with swoon worthy romance. This movie will have you learning languages, taking fashion advice from the decades and changing your perception about living. A must see and the perfect movie to watch with the woman in your family.

4. MONTE CARLO

What was that? Run away to paris with you? oui oui! This tale of friendship and being honest is refreshing in almost every way.

5. Bridget Jones Diary- The edge of reson.

Because lets face it, you can't watch one without the other. And of course Bridge's life only gets even more crazier at work, at home and in love. who doesn't like more?

6. CONFESSIONS OF A SHOPAHOLIC

This movie had me worried that I am a shopaholic, which I have to admit, I already thought I was. However, by the end of this perfectly OTT movie I discovered I'm not really crazy. I think... The truth is I think we all can relate to this movie.

7. BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Belle is the evidence that yes, you can be a young independant woman with smarts and still hold down a man. A beast infact. The modern Disney classic still captures my heart every time, proving that love is blind and uncontrolable.

8. THE HELP

Based in the 1960's, Jackson, Mississippi this charming movie emerses you into a world of racism and sexism and is truly about what is right. The loving nature of Skeeter and all the maids always makes me feel whole.

9. LOVE, ROSIE

In all honesty, I fell in love with this movie within the first ten minutes. Staring Lilly Collins, Sam Claflin and the equally gorgeous Christian Cooke this movie can not disappoint. Especially if you don’t mind laughing and crying. And then crying while you’re laughing.

10. SOUL SURFER

If there ever was a movie that could give you the hope and courage to do all things, this is it. Just the fact that it's the true story about Bethany Hamilton over coming a shark attack of all things makes it even more moving and really does put things into perspective.
